1. Scope
These terms apply only when a paid Conciergerie Alicante service is the subject of a proposal, quotation, mandate or written agreement. Simply submitting a request through the website, receiving guidance, reading a news item or reading a guide does not constitute an order.
2. Description and price of the service
The content, scope, price, applicable taxes, any costs and payment terms are communicated before any commitment is made. Only the prices and terms communicated in a current proposal and expressly accepted are binding.
3. Acceptance and payment
The service is engaged only after explicit acceptance of the terms communicated to the client. Payment terms are stated in the corresponding proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, prices communicated to consumers are shown inclusive of taxes where required by law.
4. Third-party professionals and introductions
When a third-party professional is recommended or introduced, that professional remains independent, sets their own terms and remains responsible for their service. Conciergerie Alicante does not guarantee their availability, their acceptance of the assignment or any particular outcome.
Some professionals may remunerate Conciergerie Alicante when an introduction results in a service. This remuneration is agreed with the professional and does not affect their independence or responsibility to the client. Any specific rules applying to regulated professions remain applicable.
5. Right of withdrawal
Where applicable to a consumer under a distance contract, the right of withdrawal may in principle be exercised for 14 calendar days in accordance with the Spanish TRLGDCU. If the client expressly asks for performance to begin before the end of that period, the consequences of starting early are explained before agreement. Where the service is fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, the right may be lost only under the conditions laid down by law and with the required express consent. Requests may be sent to contact@conciergeriealicante.com.
6. Liability and force majeure
Conciergerie Alicante is responsible for the proper performance of services it provides directly within the agreed scope. It cannot be held liable for decisions by third parties, the unavailability of a professional, public authority, bank, owner or agency, or for an external event outside its control.
7. Complaints and applicable law
If a difficulty arises, the client is invited to write first to contact@conciergeriealicante.com in order to seek an amicable solution. Spanish law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections. The competent courts are determined under the applicable legal rules and not by any waiver of the consumer’s mandatory rights.
