2. Data we may collect
We collect only the information needed to deal with your request: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, area sought, language, description of the need and, where a service is subsequently agreed, the information required for administrative follow-up or invoicing.
When a visitor enters an email address to read a guide, the address, the guide concerned and the consultation date are recorded in order to unlock access and keep a record of it. Entering an email address does not automatically subscribe the visitor to a newsletter.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to requests and organising an initial exchange: pre-contractual measures and, where applicable, consent.
- Recording access to guides and memos: consent given when the email address is entered.
- Organising a requested introduction to a local professional: pre-contractual measures and fulfilment of the request.
- Managing any agreed service, invoicing and accounting or tax obligations: performance of the contract and legal obligations.
- Protecting the website and preventing abuse: legitimate interest and service security.
4. Recipients and introductions
Your data is not sold. It may be shared with a local professional only when this is useful for the request you have made. In that case, only the information that is necessary is transmitted. Technical providers required for the website, hosting or email services may also process certain data as part of their services.
5. Retention periods
Requests that do not lead to a contractual relationship are kept for no more than three years after the last contact, unless deletion is requested or a specific need applies. Data relating to a service is kept for the duration of the relationship and then for the applicable statutory periods. Records of guide access are kept for no more than three years after consultation, unless deletion is requested or there is a specific legal requirement, and are then deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection where those rights apply, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@conciergeriealicante.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency: www.aepd.es.
7. Cookies, security and no automatic marketing
The website uses technical cookies required for certain functions, including remembering your privacy choices and access to a guide that has already been unlocked. Any non-essential cookies remain subject to your choice in the cookie panel.
An email address provided to read a guide or send a request is not automatically added to a marketing list. Any marketing communication would require a separate legal basis and, where required, specific consent.
